Willkie advised the underwriters in a registered public offering of $500,000,000 4.829% Notes due 2031, and $500,000,000 5.269% Notes due 2036 of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (NYSE: ADM), a global agricultural supply chain manager and processor and premier human and animal nutrition provider, with a broad portfolio that includes health and well-being products.
