List recognizes 50 female leaders around the world who are impacting society, challenging established business practices, and driving industry-wide change
CNBC to host CNBC Changemakers Summit celebrating honorees in New York City on April 16
ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., February 25, 2026 - CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, today announced the third annual CNBC Changemakers: Women Transforming Business list. The list, inspired by CNBC Senior Media & Technology Correspondent Julia Boorstin's best-selling book "When Women Lead," recognizes a distinguished group of women from companies and organizations across all sectors of the economy whose accomplishments have profoundly shaped the public and private sectors, while paving a path for others to follow.
The 50 honorees have crossed meaningful financial milestones, achieved significant business results, redefined leadership, solved old problems with new approaches, and identified untapped opportunities in the past year. The women selected for this year's list serve as role models by raising the bar for success and transcending gender barriers.
Boorstin will lead special coverage across CNBC's Business Day programming and digital platforms today.
The CNBC Changemakers list was selected using a data-driven approach that analyzes the quantitative and qualitative significance of each nominee's contribution to their industry or sector in 2025. The full methodology can be found here.
