Polls for the Statewide Special Election are open throughout SLO County until 8pm on Tuesday, November 4. Results will be posted beginning shortly after that at SloVote.com.
SLO County voters have one last chance to vote on Proposition 50, and they can do that by showing up at their assigned polling location by 8pm tonight -- or by dropping off their mail ballot.
To find your assigned polling place, check SloVote.com or look at the printed stub at the top of your mail ballot. If you have questions, the Elections Office can be reached at 805-781-5228. Both the SLO and Atascadero Elections Offices will also be open until 8pm.
The first results, which will include all mail ballots received and counted before Election Day, will be posted at SloVote.com/November2025 just after the polls close at 8:00. Results from the precincts will be added to that total as they come in and throughout the evening until all poll ballots have been counted.
Beginning tomorrow, the Elections Office will tally and process provisional ballots and mail ballots dropped off at the polls. Details and updates will be posted on the department's social media and at SloVote.com/November2025.
