COMPLAINT:

On December 22, 2025, NFA's Business Conduct Committee (BCC) issued a Complaint against Forex Wizard Inc. (Forex Wizard) and Mitsuak... i Kataoka (Kataoka), charging them with failing to cooperate with NFA and failing to comply with just and equitable principles of trade and NFA promotional material requirements by using misleading promotional material to describe NFA's oversight of the firm and its forex pool.

DECISION:

On March 5, 2026, NFA's BCC issued a Default Decision against Forex Wizard and Kataoka, after they failed to file an Answer to the Complaint. The BCC permanently barred Forex Wizard and Kataoka from NFA membership and from being listed or acting as a principal of an NFA Member. The BCC also permanently barred Kataoka from NFA associate membership. Read More.
