Dentons advises Hyve on its acquisition of LegalTechTalk

London-Dentons has advised Hyve, a global organiser of B2B events and provider of content, networking and customer engagement platforms, on its acquisition of LegalTechTalk, Europe's leading event for legal technology and transformation.

The acquisition marks Hyve's entry into the legal sector and represents the first acquisition under its Ascend30 strategy. LegalTechTalk has established itself as a leading event for the legal technology community and has recently announced its expansion into the US.
