Kyndryl UK was named to the list, ranking at #11 for its exceptional commitment to fostering a workplace culture rooted in trust, respect, and purpose.

Published by Best Practice Institute and based on proprietary research and analytics from Most Loved Workplace®, the list is informed by direct employee sentiment captured through the Love of Workplace Index®, a rigorously validated survey tool that measures emotional connection and cultural performance.

"At Kyndryl, empathy and trust are at the centre of our culture - The Kyndryl Way - and we are proud to say that our number one driver of employee engagement is belonging. We are thrilled to receive this recognition," said Jonathan Ingram, President of Kyndryl UK and Ireland.
