Notice is hereby given that DWR has finalizedrevised program guidelines forthe following programs:

Riverine Stewardship Program

Systemwide Flood Risk Reduction Program
-
Delta Water Quality and Fish Facilities Program
-
Facilitating Improvement of Systemwide Habitat ProgramGuidelines
These guidelines wereamended to include the ability to provide advance funds to public and nonprofit grantees under certain circumstances and in accordance withState law.
The Delta Water Quality and Fish Facilities Program and the Riverine Stewardship Program are currently accepting proposals. There is not an open solicitationforproposals fortheSystemwide Flood Risk Reduction orthe Facilitating Improvement of Systemwide Habitat Programs.
