Public Notice of North Dakota Aeronautics Commission and NPIAS General Aviation Airports DBE Goal for Fiscal Years 2026-2028

Goal setting for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) with capabilities in the transportation industry is required by 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26. The following goal is applicable for the 2026-2028 federal fiscal years (October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028).

2026-2028 FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION DBE GOAL: 4.00 PERCENT

This goal represents the percentage of work to be accomplished by DBE prime contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and material suppliers for professional services, construction, and procurement contracts on federal-aid airport projects for the North Dakota Aeronautics Commission and all North Dakota General Aviation Airports in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS).
