Paul, Weiss Participates in Petition-Drafting Clinic to Support Survivors of Domestic Abuse

In partnership with Survivor Justice Center and Casa de la Familia, Paul, Weiss attorneys participated in a family court petition-drafting clinic through which we helped survivors of domestic abuse seek temporary restraining orders, as well as initiate child and spousal support proceedings. Through the clinic, our attorneys worked with survivor advocates to draft domestic violence restraining order petitions, as well as related personal declarations. These limited-scope representations will greatly help survivors receive the protection and support to which they are entitled and often desperately need.
