Dentons welcomes litigator Samantha Peters to its Portland office

Samantha focuses her practice on products liability litigation and complex commercial litigation, representing clients across various industries in both state and federal courts throughout New England and beyond.

Samantha has extensive experiencing handling all aspects of product liability, mass-tort and toxic-tort litigation. Her work includes defending high-stakes cases related to medical devices, pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter drugs, and consumer products.

Samantha's commercial litigation practice includes contract disputes, enforcement of restrictive covenants, antitrust issues, construction claims and cryptocurrency. Samatha collaborates closely with her clients to align legal strategies with business objectives and to mitigate risk.
