Dentons advises PH Properties on the sale of Prague Marriott Hotel & Millennium Plaza to J&T and Dosfield

Prague-Global law firm Dentons has advised PH Properties on the sale of the Prague Marriott Hotel & Millennium Plaza, a landmark mixed-use complex in the heart of Prague, to Prime Hotel Assets Fund, managed by J&T Investment Company, with Dosfield Group acting as its strategic partner. J&T Banka provided capital for the investment.

The transaction marks the first acquisition made through the jointly established Prime Hotel Assets Fund and represents the beginning of a strategic partnership between J&T Investment Company and Dosfield Group. The fund is intended to form part of a broader investment platform focused on prime commercial real estate across Central Europe.

The project comprises the Prague Marriott Hotel, which will continue to operate under a Management Agreement and features 416 guest rooms, four food and beverage outlets and approximately 1,200 sq m of meeting, incentive, conference and exhibition (MICE) and leisure facilities. The wider complex also includes approximately 10,500 sq m of office, retail and leisure accommodation.
