The San Antonio division of the bankruptcy clerk's office is closing for the day at 1:30 pm (CT) on Friday, December 19, 2025, for an official Court function. All other Texas Western Bankruptcy divisional offices remain open for regular business.
If you need assistance, please contact either the Austin division clerk's office at 512-916-5237, the Waco division clerk's office at 254-750-1513, or the El Paso division clerk's office at 915-779-7362.
The Court's website, located at http://www.txwb.uscourts.gov, remains available for general inquiries. PACER/ECF remains available for electronic filing by attorneys.
