TRAFFIC ALERT - Sussex County - Closure of New Road
Lewes- The Delaware Department of Transportation announces the closure of New Road on Monday, June 16 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for the removal of a hazardous tree located along New Road.
Detour - Eastbound motorists will use SR 1 Coastal Hwy, then turn left onto Savannah Rd, then turn left onto Old Orchard Rd, arriving at New Rd.
Westbound motorists will turn left onto Old Orchard Rd, then turn right onto Savannah Rd, then turn right onto SR 1 Coastal Hwy, then turn right onto Nassau Rd, arriving back at New Rd.
