Contracts for June 9, 2026

ARMY

Day & Zimmermann Hawthorne Corp., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $2,301,227,487 firm-fixed-price contract for operation, maintenance and modernization of Hawthorne Army Depot, including demilitarization of specified families of ammunition and supply depot operations at Joint Munitions Command's largest joint storage depot. The contract also includes execution of 14 additional performance work statements to provide support functions such as safety, security, fire and emergency services, environmental, government property, information technology and occupational health. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 29, 2046. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W519TC-26-D-A018).

Montezuma Wetlands LLC,* Emeryville, California, was awarded a $60,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for offloading and placement of dredged material services at the Montezuma Wetlands Restoration Project in support of the San Francisco District's fiscal 2026 through 2030 dredging program. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 14, 2031. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco, California, is the contracting activity (W912P7-26-D-A001).

TKTMJ Inc., Natchitoches, Louisiana, was awarded a $50,233,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Grand Isle and vicinity Hurricane Ida repairs, including construction of stone segmented breakwaters, placement of stone, geotextile, bedding stone, navigation lights and platforms, and other incidental work in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Grand Isle, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of July 27, 2027. Fiscal 2026 construction, Corps of Engineers, civil funds in the amount of $50,233,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Groundswell Corp., McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $48,595,099 firm-fixed-price delivery order for Agentic Auditor, an artificial intelligence-enabled product solution that automates and standardizes the collection, normalization and delivery of evidential matter supporting financial statement audits for Department of War agencies including the Army, Navy, Air Force, and the 4th Estate. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 8, 2031. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W91CRB-26-F-A155).

L.S. Black Constructors LLC, Saint Paul, Minnesota, was awarded a $22,092,640 firm-fixed-price contract for design-bid-build construction of the B-21 munitions maintenance facility at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Ellsworth, South Dakota, with an estimated completion date of June 29, 2028. Fiscal 2026 procurement, Defense-wide funds in the amount of $22,092,640 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (W9128F-26-C-A028).

Allison Park Contractors Inc., Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $17,055,100 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a reinforced concrete rock anchor wall along the right side of the emergency spillway, adjacent to Kettle Creek Road (State Route 4001). Bids were solicited via the internet with nine received. Work will be performed in Renovo, Pennsylvania, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2029. Fiscal 2021 and 2023 construction, Corps of Engineers, civil funds in the amount of $17,055,100 were obligated at the time of the award. NAVY

Noblis MSD LLC, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is being awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee/cost-only contract (N66001-26-D-0008), with an estimated value of $309,001,623, to provide management, basic research, end-to-end system design, prototype development, systems engineering, integration, environmental qualification testing, production, software loading, government acceptance testing and pre-installation test and checkout, deployment and life cycle support of command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems for the Network Integration Engineering Facility. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed in July 2031. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; however, a minimum-guarantee task order of $10,000 will be issued immediately after the award. Non-expiring, Naval Working Capital Funds of $10,000 will be obligated. Funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. All other funding will be made available at the task order level as contracting actions occur. The contract was competitively procured via the SAM.gov with nine offers received. Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $153,900,000 modification (P00009) to a previously awarded fixed-price incentive (firm-target), advanced acquisition contract (N0001925C0070). This modification adds scope to procure long-lead materials, parts, and components necessary to support the production of 11 F-35 Lightning II aircraft for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (59%); El Segundo, California (14%); Warton, United Kingdom (9%); Cameri, Italy (4%); Orlando, Florida (4%); Nashua, New Hampshire (3%); Baltimore, Maryland (3%); San Diego, California (2%); and various locations outside the continental U.S. (2%), and is expected to be completed in December 2030. FMS funding in the amount of $153,900,000 will be obligated at the time of award. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

U.S. Antimony Corp.,* Thompson Falls, Montana, has been awarded a maximum $15,437,345 firm-fixed-price delivery order (SP8000-26-F-0028) issued against a five-year contract (SP8000-25-D-0007) for antimony metal ingots. This is a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(3)(A), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-3. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. The ordering period end date is Sept. 21, 2030. Using military services are Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, and Space Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2025 transaction funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Contracting Services Office, Columbus, Ohio.

Peckham Vocational Industries Inc.,** Lansing, Michigan, has been awarded a maximum $14,911,000 modification (P00012) exercising the fourth one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SPE1C1-22-D-N163) with four one-year option periods for silkweight undershirts. This is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The ordering period end date is June 9, 2027. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2027 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

RTX Corp., East Hartford, Connecticut, has been awarded an estimated $11,174,878 firm-fixed-price delivery order (SPRTA1-26-F-2240) issued against a five-year basic order agreement (SPE4A1-21-G-0001) with no option periods for the manufacture of F100 turbine blade sets. The performance completion date is Dec. 29, 2028. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 defense working capital funds. AIR FORCE

Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, was awarded a $14,916,326 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development. This contract provides for development of air-to-air combat identification development through feature fusion engines. Work will be performed at Reston, Virgina and is expected to be completed by September 8, 2031. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition, with two offers received. Fiscal 2026 research and development funds in the amount of $1,500,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Sensors Directorate, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA2377-26-C-B023).

Prime Response Inc., Accokeek, Maryland, has been awarded a maximum $12,241,829 time-and-materials task order under the General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule (561210FAC) for Air Force property and reutilized furniture relocation services. This contract provides for furniture relocation, finishes, property disposal to include turn-in service, storage, installation, and facilities support, to Headquarters Air Force tenant organizations in the Pentagon, leased facilities, or Department of War installations within the National Capital Region. Work will be performed at the National Capital Region and is expected to be completed by June 14, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition and three offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $800,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force District of Washington, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, is the contracting activity (FA7014-26-F-0140).

The correct information is as follows: Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace, Kongsberg, Norway, has been awarded a $280,715,050 firm-fixed-price contract modification (P00001) to a previously awarded contract (FA8681-26-C-B002) for Joint Strike Missile Lot Three production. Work will be performed at Kongsberg, Norway, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2029. Fiscal 2024 procurement missile funds in the amount of $195,464; and fiscal 2025 procurement missile funds in the amount of $280,519,586, are being obligated at the time of award.
