Baker McKenzie Advises AURELIUS on the Acquisition of Landis+Gyr’s EMEA Business

Baker McKenzie has advised AURELIUS, a global private equity investor, on the acquisition of Landis+Gyr's EMEA business. AURELIUS has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire the EMEA business of Landis+Gyr, which is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, for an enterprise value of USD 215 million. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. It is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026.

The transaction includes the entire metering portfolio for residential electricity, ICG electricity, gas, heat and related integrated solutions for software, and services and operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
