Something special is taking flight at the Clinton County Municipal Airport in Clinton, IA. A retired Marine Colonel has brought his company to one of the airport's hangars and is looking to create jobs in the air for former boots on the ground. In a partnership with Home Base Iowa, Jon Aytes plans to create a workforce pipeline by encouraging those who have retired from the military to relocate to Iowa and begin a career as either a pilot or airport support staff through his company, Flight Deck Aviation.
