We are at a defining moment in how work gets done. AI, hybrid models, and always-on collaboration are reshaping how people connect and what they can achieve. As expectations rise, people want technology that helps them work better and adapt more easily, and they want to know the companies behind the technology can be trusted.
At HP, we see this as an opportunity to shape a Future of Work that drives business growth and professional fulfillment, so people can do their best work. For a company with a long history of turning innovation into impact, that means leading with bold ideas and a clear sense of responsibility for the outcomes we create.
HP is redefining the Future of Work through technology. When it's trusted, secure, seamless, and thoughtfully designed, it doesn't just enable work - it makes the experience better. Sustainability plays a role here. It's built into how we innovate and operate, helping organizations grow, creating opportunities for individuals and communities, and supporting a more resilient future.
Measurable progress
Our FY25 Sustainability Progress Report, published today, reflects continued advancement across our environmental and societal priorities. We embed sustainability into how we design, source, manufacture, and deliver our products, and in how we show up in our work and communities.
Since 2016, we have recycled over 1.2 million tons of hardware, supplies, and accessories. In addition, across our personal systems and print portfolio, we have reached over 30% post-consumer recycled plastic content, contributing to 47% of our product and packaging materials being sourced from recycled, reused, and renewable origins.
EcoVadis, a leading global sustainability ratings provider, awarded HP a Platinum medal for the 16th consecutive year, placing us in the top 1% globally among more than 100,000 companies assessed. We are proud of this recognition - and more proud of the work it reflects.
We have also reached 82 million people through our social impact programs and partnerships, putting us more than halfway to our goal of accelerating the future of work for 150 million people by 2030. The promise of the future of work is not evenly distributed. People without access to technology and the skills to use are too often left out of the economic opportunity it creates - and HP is committed to changing that.
Progress in practice
Beyond the metrics we report, progress can also be measured by the impact we make on businesses and people. You see it in a small business owner saving time and resources with AI-enabled tools, allowing them to focus on growth. You see it in a teacher bringing digital learning to life for students who didn't have access before. And you see it in an entrepreneur building skills and confidence through online courses, opening doors to new opportunities.
HP's technology is how this commitment comes to life.
The path forward
Progress like this doesn't happen alone. We will keep building on it - with the same commitment that makes it possible. Thank you to HP's employees, customers, suppliers, and partners for their dedication to this progress.
Together, we are building a more resilient Future of Work.
