NATCA activists are in Washington this week with a clear mission: to advance the status, professionalism, and working conditions of every NATCA member. Executive Vice President Mick Devine opened NATCA in Washington sessions with a call to action, reminding us that legislative activism is the foundation of our Union's strength. NATCA's success is built on our solidarity and the tireless grassroots leadership of the activists in this room.
NATCA members are in the nation's capital to secure the staffing, modernization, and reliable funding required to maintain the safety of the National Airspace System.
By building sustained relationships with lawmakers and their staffs, we ensure our priorities remain at the forefront long after we leave the capital. This is our opportunity to grow as activists and strengthen our collective voice, ensuring we deliver one consistent message to every congressional office.
