Healthy Aging Expo at Ohio State Fair Just Four Weeks Away

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The countdown is on. In just four weeks, the Ohio Department of Aging (AGE) will bring its annual Healthy Aging Expo to the Ohio State Fair.

With free admission for adults over 60, AGE anticipates another busy event this year at the expo's new location inside Kasich Hall!

The Healthy Aging Expo will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

Fairgoers visiting AGE's Healthy Aging Expo will have access to nearly 24,000 square feet of free health screenings, wellness demonstrations, and lifestyle programs promoting independence provided by state and community partners. Screening services and programs include:

  • Brain health;
  • Strength and balance;
  • Vision screening;
  • Long-term care guidance;
  • Assistive technologies;
  • Investment protection;
  • Medicare;
  • Veterans Affairs enrollment;
  • Nutrition education;
  • And a lot more!
