Some stories remind us that healthcare is about more than medicine. It is about trust, connection and supporting people through every stage of life.
For 36 years, Dr. Heinrich has embodied that commitment in South Haven, building relationships that have spanned generations and creating a legacy of care that reflects our Health in Harmony mission.
One of the most remarkable examples is a patient who was the very first baby Dr. Heinrich delivered after arriving in South Haven nearly 36 years ago. Today, that patient, Shaniqua McShan, is an adult who still chooses Dr. Heinrich as her primary care physician, traveling from Detroit for her appointments. It is a powerful testament to the trust and continuity of care Dr. Heinrich has fostered throughout her career.
Over the years, Dr. Heinrich has celebrated new beginnings, guided patients through challenges and cared for multiple generations of families. Her compassion, clinical expertise and unwavering dedication have helped build healthier lives and a stronger community.
Thank you, Dr. Heinrich, for 36 years of exceptional care and service. Your impact is reflected not only in the patients you have treated, but also in the relationships you have built and the confidence you have inspired. Through those connections, you have helped create true Health in Harmony for countless individuals and families across South Haven.
