Tiffin University to Host 34th Annual International Dinner

Tiffin University's Center for InterculTUral Excellence will host the 34th Annual International Dinner on April 4 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. This year's dinner theme is "The Journey That Connects Us."

The event celebrates the cultures of the university's international students. Currently, 41 countries are represented within the TU community. The dinner will feature cuisine from around the globe, musical and artistic performances and more. New this year, there will be an open dance floor featuring music from various cultures from 8 to 9 p.m.

"The Annual International Dinner brings the Tiffin community together to celebrate and explore cultures and traditions from around the world," said Javier Solorzano Parada, Assistant Vice President for Intercultural and Community Engagement. "This year's theme, 'The Journey That Connects Us,' focuses on the shared connections that bind us as a global community. The evening will be filled with a variety of delicious foods and vibrant performances, offering a taste of diverse cultures from across the globe. I'm excited to see our students share their heritage through food, music and performances that reflect their unique stories and traditions. The Annual International Dinner celebrates the experiences of TU's International Students and emphasizes the powerful connections that unite us as a global community."
