Atlanta and Newnan Divisions Closed on Wednesday January 22, 2025

The Atlanta and Newnan divisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia will be closed on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to the dangerous driving conditions from wintry weather. All electronic filing services remain available.

The Gainesville and Rome divisions of the Court will operate normal hours.

Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Barbara Ellis-Monro on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, will proceed as scheduled via the Court's Virtual Hearing Room.

Hearings scheduled for the Honorable Paul W. Bonapfel on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, will proceed as scheduled via the Court's Virtual Hearing Room.
