EXPLANATORY NOTE

Post-Effective Amendment No. 105 to the Registrant's Registration Statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act") (Amendment No. 106 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "Investment Company Act")) ("PEA No. 105"), was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission via the EDGAR system pursuant to Rule 485(a)(2) under the Securities Act on July 9, 2026, EDGAR Accession No. 0002071844-26-000768, relating to Invesco Stablecoin Reserves Onchain Fund (the "Fund"). The effectiveness of PEA No. 105 was delayed previously pursuant to Post-Effective Amendment No. 106 to the Registrant's Registration Statement filed on September 21, 2026.

Post-Effective Amendment No. 107 to the Registrant's Registration Statement under the Securities Act (Amendment No. 108 under the Investment Company Act) ("PEA No. 107") relating to the Fund, was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission via the EDGAR system pursuant to Rule 485(b) under the Securities Act on September 28, 2026, designating a new effective date of October 22, 2026, EDGAR Accession No. 0001104659-26-111404.

Pursuant to Rule 485(b)(1)(iii) under the Securities Act, this Post-Effective Amendment No. 108 to the Registrant's Registration Statement under the Securities Act (Amendment No. 109 under the Investment Company Act) ("PEA No. 108") is being filed solely for the purpose of designating November 13, 2026, as the new effective date for PEA No. 105.

The Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information for the Fund included in PEA No. 107 are incorporated by reference into this PEA No. 108.
