Switzer-CARTY Transportation Secures $300 Million Credit Facility to Support US Expansion

BURLINGTON, October 20, 2026 - Switzer-CARTY Transportation Services Inc. announced today the successful completion of a $300 million revolving credit facility with a five-bank syndicate led by Scotiabank as Sole Lead Arranger, Sole Bookrunner, and Administrative Agent. The facility provides flexible access to capital as the company pursues its growth plans in Canada and the United States.

As a revolving facility, the financing will allow Switzer-CARTY to draw funds as needed, subject to its terms, to support its growth initiatives.
