IPA CIS Budget Oversight Commission Discussed Issues Related to Organization’s Financing
On 12 March 2026 a meeting of the Budget Oversight Commission of the IPA CIS was held at the Tavricheskiy Palace. It was attended by members of national parliaments and officials of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.
The participants discussed a range of issues related to the financial support of the Assembly's activities.
The agenda included matters concerning the current financing of the IPA CIS, as well as the formation and execution of its budget.
In accordance with the Regulations on the Permanent Commissions of the IPA CIS, elections were held for the Chair of the Budget Oversight Commission. Member of the Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship, and Competition Development of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Tolonov was elected to this position.
The participants also reviewed the Commission's performance in 2025 and considered the updated work plan of the IPA CIS for 2026.
