On January 22, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Kyle Hartsfield, age 30, of 124 Oakland Avenue, 1st Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz - 1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; 5) Possession of a Ghost Gun; and 6) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited. Mr. Hartsfield was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On January 22, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Devin Marrow, age 38, of 43 What Cheer Avenue, 3rd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz -1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; and 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Marrow was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On January 22, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force assisted by members of the Drug Enforcement Administration Providence Resident Office arrested Erick Hoegen, age 39, of 20 Hurdis Street, Apartment 13, North Providence, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) Providence County Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on a Possession of a Schedule I-V charge out of the Providence Police Department; and 2) Providence County Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on a Possession of a Schedule I-V charge out of the Providence Police Department. Mr. Hoegen was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On January 22, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force, assisted by members of the Drug Enforcement Administration Providence Resident Office, arrested George Gomes, age 65, of 20 Hurdis Street, Apartment 13, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz -1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; and 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine. Mr. Gomes was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.

On January 22, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force, assisted by members of the Drug Enforcement Administration Providence Resident Office, arrested Erick Santana, age 38, of 54 Woodhaven Road, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 2) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz -1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz -1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 5) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; 6) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 7) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 8) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 9) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 10) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 11) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 12) Large-Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited; and 13) Controlled Substance Conspiracy. Mr. Santana was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
