Route P in Shannon County Closed for Concrete Replacement

SIKESTON―Route P in Shannon County will be closed as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform concrete replacement.

This section of roadway is located from County Road 289 to County Road P-B near Bunker, Missouri. While work is underway, there will be a one lane bypass with temporary traffic lights to help direct traffic.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 8 through Thursday, June 18 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
