Lincoln Financial's 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report: $9.6 million in community grants, 14,000+ volunteer hours

Lincoln Financial (NYSE: LNC) today shared its 2025 Corporate Responsibility report, highlighting the company's continued progress in advancing its purpose of providing financial protection and security to customers and their communities through responsible business practices and sustainable growth.

The annual report, which covers activities from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2025, showcases how Lincoln is strengthening its business and delivering impact through its Strategic Pillars, core values and leadership attributes. It outlines ongoing efforts to support employees, serve customers, invest in communities, advance environmental priorities and uphold strong governance practices.

  • Community Impact: More than 250 nonprofit partners received grants and support totaling more than $9.6 million, helping expand economic opportunity and strengthen financial resiliency in communities nationwide.
  • Philanthropy and Volunteerism: Team Lincoln volunteers contributed over 14,000 hours of service, with more than 2,000 employees supporting local communities through hands-on volunteer efforts and charitable giving.
  • Employee Experience: The company strengthened the employee experience through expanded development opportunities, enhanced engagement and continued investment in Total Rewards benefits and career growth.
  • Governance and Integrity: Lincoln advanced its governance practices, reinforcing its commitment to ethical leadership, transparency and accountability while addressing emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Environmental Progress: The company continued to advance its environmental strategy, including progress toward emissions reduction goals and the introduction of new environmental targets.
