EVESHAM MUA LINCOLN DRIVE WATER TOWER REHAB

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The Evesham MUA recently closed on a $3.7 million New Jersey Water Bank loan to rehabilitate its existing2-million-gallon Rocco J. Maiellano Water Tower, located off Lincoln Drive East in Marlton.

The project includes full removal and recoating of the tank's interior and exterior, as well as the exterior of the fluted column. Additional improvements include upgraded safety features for access ladders and routes, installation of new air vents, a mixer system to improve water quality, and replacement of the existing perimeter fence.

The storage tank has experienced significant deterioration and requires rehabilitation to meet State requirements and ensure continued, uninterrupted water service for area residents and commercial customers.
