LEE'S SUMMIT, MO - The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from Sept. 29 through Oct. 3. All work is weather permitting.
JACKSON COUNT Y
Route F between U.S. Highway 50 and Colbern Rd.: flagging operations from Monday, Sept. 29 until Wednesday, Oct. 1, from approximately 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.
U.S. Highway 40 westbound at Cemetery Rd.: left lane closed on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from approximately 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., for culvert replacement work.
Missouri Highway 350 westbound between Noland Rd. and Colbern Rd.: left lane closed on Thursday, Oct. 2, from approximately 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., for brush cutting.
SALINE COUNTY
Route E between Missouri Highway 41 and Route H: flagging operations on Monday, Sept. 29, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for seal coating.
Route J between Pettis County line and end of state maintenance: flagging operations on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for seal coating.
Route AE between Route J and Cooper County line: flagging operations on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for seal coating.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
