His experience has enabled him to cultivate strong leadership skills, lending knowledge, and the ability to foster lasting partnerships. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business, complemented by a minor in accounting, both from the University of Southern Mississippi. Additionally, he has completed technical and leadership programs through the University of Pennsylvania and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
