Kirkland Advises LSV as Lead Investor in Centerbridge’s Single-Asset Continuation Fund Transaction
Kirkland & Ellis represented LSV Advisors, LLC as the sole lead investor in Centerbridge Partners' continuation fund transaction. The continuation fund acquired interests held by Centerbridge Capital Partners III in Fairstone Group Inc., the seventh largest bank in Canada.
