AP PGECET 2026 Phase 1 Option Editing Window: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will block the facility to submit and modify the web options for AP PGECET / GATE / GPAT 2026 Phase 1 Counselling today, i.e., October 5, 2026. Candidates who have already submitted the college and course choices in the web option entry window can now edit, re-order, or add more options on the official website of admissions, cap.apcfss.in . This change window is a last chance for ME, M.Tech, M.Pharm, and Pharm.D aspirants to check their saved options before the choices lock for seat allotment processing. The results of seat allotment for Phase 1 will be declared on October 9, 2026.

The official schedule of upcoming activities for candidates who are in the admission process in Phase 1 is given below:

Phase 1 Option Editing Window: Important Instructions for Candidates

• Check the latest course-wise and institute-wise seat availability on the portal before editing your preferences.
• Use the Add, Delete, or Up/Down arrow keys to change your preference order and make your most preferred choice as Option 1.
• Give as many combinations as college-branch you can to increase your chances of getting a seat.
• After each editing session, press the "Save button" to save your list of preferences so that you do not lose unsaved preferences in case your session expires.
• Go through your Entire list of preferences carefully, as you cannot make any changes after you hit the "Lock / Freeze Options" button.
• At the end of the day, if the choices have been saved but not manually locked, the last saved preferences will be frozen automatically for the Phase 1 seat allotment.
• Once you have locked or made final submission, generate and save/print&nbspthe Web Options Summary Receipt for your future use at the time of Physical Reporting.
