BLUE BLUFF HARBOR, LLC
The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is in receipt of an application to transfer the existing permit for Blue Bluff Harbor, LLC. The project is in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The applicant has no plans to modify the existing 6 docks with a total of 47 slips. The applicant requests to relocate the fishing dock to a new location on the property and requests a waiver of 1/3 of the cove rule for one of the existing courtesy docks.
A public meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM at GRDA's Ecosystems & Education Center, located at 420 E Hwy 28, Langley OK 74350.
