Chicago, IL: MAIL THEFT
The suspect is seen wearing glasses, a possible Louis Vuitton beanie, and uses a large blue satchel to carry stolen mail. The suspect is described as a black male in his early to mid-20s, medium complexion, thin build, and is approximately 6'1" to 6'2" tall. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect, pictured above. The individual is an accomplice in multiple mail thefts from residential buildings throughout Chicago, IL since mid-January 2026.
