DNC Congratulates Democratic Nominee Charles Booker on His Victory in the Kentucky Democratic Senate Primary Arrow

The DNC congratulates Kentucky Democratic U.S. Senate nominee Charles Booker for winning tonight's primary.

While Republican politicians continue to hemorrhage support by enabling Trump's cost-raising and corrupt agenda, Democrats are poised to flip this seat by connecting with voters on the issues that matter most: lowering costs, protecting healthcare, and building a more affordable Kentucky.

In response to Booker's victory, DNC Chair Ken Martin released the following statement:

"As the youngest Black representative in Kentucky's legislature in nearly a century, Charles Booker has fought for working families, working to lower the cost of prescription drugs, expand voting rights, support labor unions, and advance racial justice.
