Urban Concrete Reconstruction on North Base Avenue between Main Street and Kansas Street to begin Monday, September 29, 2025

On Monday, September 29, 2025, Ellsworth Construction, LLC will begin reconstruction of North Base Avenue between Main Street and Kansas Street. This work is expected to last for a duration of 60 days. During work, North Base Avenue will be closed to thru traffic. Traffic control devices in place to safely guide the travelling public. Access to properties will be maintained throughout the project except at times of direct conflict. The contractor will contact individual property owners when access may be limited.
