Herkimer County - The Town of Columbia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Columbia Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Town of Columbia adopting a new Comprehensive Plan that repeals and replaces the previous 2018 Town of Columbia Comprehensive Plan. The project is located town-wide in the Town of Columbia, New York.
