12/16/2025 - 4th and Plum Project Update

Project Update: 4th and Plum Street Pedestrian and Bike Improvements

Weather permitting, Construction will begin at 7 AM Wednesday December 17th. Pouring of curb and sidewalk is expected to occur on the Southeast corner in front of the Eagles building.

Both Lanes on eastbound 4th Avenue will be open. The Plum Street northbound curb lane approaching 4th Avenue will be blocked off.

Pedestrians, bicyclists, and drivers should expect delays. Please use caution if driving in the area.
