Clark Construction Group LLC, Bethesda, Maryland, was awarded a $117,787,000 firm-fixed-price contract to construct unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing barracks and associated support spaces. Walsh Federal LLC, Chicago, Illinois, was awarded a $73,749,000 firm-fixed-price contract with a total cumulative face value of $80,914,000, for construction of a secure operations facility. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 12, 2029. Fiscal 2010 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $73,749,000 were obligated at the time of award. Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co. LLC., Houston, Texas, was awarded a $28,460,000 firm-fixed-price contract for the Fiscal 2027 South Atlantic Division regional harbor dredge program, with a total cumulative face value of $29,928,000. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Brunswick and Savannah, Georgia, and Wilmington, North Carolina, with an estimated completion date of April 15, 2027. Fiscal 2024, 2025 and 2026 civil works funds in the amount of $28,460,000 were obligated at the time of award. Limno-Tech Inc.,* Ann Arbor, Michigan (W912HQ-26-D-A004); Research Triangle Institute, Durham, North Carolina (W912HQ-26-D-A005); Resource Management Associates, Davis, California (W912HQ-26-D-A006); and WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure Inc, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania (W912HQ-26-D-A007), will compete for each order of the $26,237,065 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for water resources engineering and planning software development, water resources data, methodologies, tools and models, training services, analyses, assessments, and studies. Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 19, 2031. Army Corps of Engineers' Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

CORRECTION: The $20,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (W9128Z-26-D-A014) announced on Sept. 11, 2026, to Onebrief Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, for commercial software platforms, actually has an estimated completion date of Sept. 10, 2031.

CORRECTION: The $19,999,798 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (W519TC-26-F-A562) announced on Sept. 11, 2026, to Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Radford, Virginia, for non-standard ammunition, was not actually awarded.

Akima Facilities Operations LLC, Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a $17,927,838 modification (P00154) to contract W52P1J-20-F-0137 for induction and repair of military equipment in support of the conversion of a cavalry regiment to a heavy brigade combat team configuration. One bid was solicited with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 18, 2027. NAVY

This modification increases the ceiling of an existing contract for potential to procure additional UH-1Y and AH-1Z Helicopter Link-16 A-Kits, B-Kits, and associated Spare Parts. Specifically, the contract quantities are increased by (8) UH-1Y Link 16 A Kits, (9) AH-1Z Link 16 A Kits, (17) Link 16 B Kits, and Spare Parts including Systems Engineering/Program Management and Logistics Support.
