Dentons welcomes real estate lawyer Linda Warnke in Indianapolis

Dentons announces today that Linda Warnke has joined the Indianapolis office as Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice. Linda draws on more than 20 years of private practice and in-house experience to provide strategic advice on commercial real estate transactions and projects. She represents clients in purchase, sale and leasing negotiations; development of real estate projects including commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use; zoning; and compliance surrounding real estate projects and sales programs. She brings a comprehensive approach that connects real estate, business and regulatory considerations to provide integrated strategic guidance.

Linda has deep global experience in commercial and real estate operations. Before joining Dentons, Linda served in multiple legal roles for a global footwear and apparel retailer and its foreign subsidiaries. Most recently, Linda served as Legal Director for Southeast Asia & India, where she served on the regional leadership team. Her responsibilities included leading legal strategy for business expansion in the region, risk management, regulatory compliance, and cross-border negotiations and compliance strategies. Prior to that role, she was Assistant General Counsel, Global Real Estate and Construction, overseeing legal strategy and negotiations for the company's Southeast Asia and Pacific real estate portfolio, supporting retail and office leasing in Europe and strategic global partnerships.
