Stanislaus County

Closures on State Routes 108, 132, And Interstate 5

Stanislaus County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will perform various lane closures next week on State Route 108 (SR-108), State Route 132 (SR-132), and Interstate 5 (I-5). Work is scheduled to occur as follows:

State Route 108

  • Lane shifts between Topeka Street and Santa Fe Street in Riverbank for utility work beginning Monday, January 13, through Friday, January 17, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

State Route 132

  • Moving lane closures on eastbound and westbound SR-132 between F Street/Hickman Road in Waterford and the Mariposa County line for a striping operation beginning Monday, January 13 through Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Interstate 5

  • Full, long-term closures of the northbound and southbound Westley Safety Roadside Rest Areas on I-5 and the auxiliary lane leading to the southbound rest area exit for construction work.
    Note: This project is expected to continue through the fall of 2025.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. This work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
