Dechert advised Pretium, a specialized investment firm managing more than US$70 billion in assets, in its acquisition of Cascade Financial Services, a leading lender focused on financing manufactured and modular homes.
The acquisition expands Pretium's residential credit platform and strengthens its ability to support homeownership through manufactured housing lending. Through the addition of Cascade, Pretium will expand its lending capabilities in a sector that provides an affordable path to homeownership for many working families.
