Infracore is Switzerland's leading hospital infrastructure platform. Founded nearly 30 years ago, the company owns and develops hospital real estate across Switzerland, with a portfolio valued at approximately CHF 1.5bn. Its unique business model is based on long-term lease agreements with hospital operators, with high visibility on rental income and direct exposure to the growing need for modern hospital infrastructure in Switzerland.
Infracore has successfully completed its Initial Public Offering and Listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange on 9 July 2026 at a fixed offer price of CHF 54.00 per share. With an initial market capitalization of CHF 826m, Infracore was able to raise CHF 200m of primary capital alongside an approximately CHF 50m secondary share placement.
The IPO marks a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy, strengthening its capital base and market visibility as it continues to expand its footprint in Swiss hospital infrastructure through sale-and-leaseback opportunities, such as the See-Spital Horgen transaction, and selective development initiatives within its existing portfolio.
Wineus acted as advisor to Infracore throughout the IPO process, providing strategic and financial advisory services and contributing to the successful completion of the transaction alongside the investment banking syndicate.
