Secretary-General of ASEAN Meets with Managing Director of GIZ in Munich
Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 14 February 2026, met with H.E. Ingrid-Gabriela Hoven, Managing Director of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, in Munich, Germany. They exchanged perspectives on deepening the development cooperation between GIZ and ASEAN within the ASEAN framework and to identify strategic synergies for future joint cooperation.
