Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education Selects DebtBook to Modernize Debt Management Operations

CHARLOTTE, NC, September 10, 2026- DebtBook, a leading provider of software for government and nonprofit treasury and accounting teams, today announced that Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education (the "State System") has selected DebtBook's Debt Management, Debt Accounting, and Debt Proceeds Management solutions to modernize debt management, enhance reporting capabilities, and increase financial transparency.

The State System will use DebtBook to replace manual processes and disconnected spreadsheets with a centralized system designed specifically for public finance teams. DebtBook's solutions will help the State System streamline key debt management workflows, automate debt accounting and disclosure reporting, track the use of bond proceeds against capital spending and private use of bond-financed facilities, and improve the management of debt-related financial information across its universities.

"Our team was looking for a more efficient and organized way to manage debt-related information, reporting, and compliance activities," said Anne Miller, Director of Treasury Operations for the State System. "DebtBook provides an integrated platform that will help us optimize our processes, improve transparency, and reduce the amount of manual work required to manage our debt portfolio."

With DebtBook, the State System will gain access to tools designed to help finance teams operate more efficiently while reducing operational risk.

"We're glad to be working with Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education as they modernize their debt management processes," said Tyler Traudt, CEO and Co-Founder of DebtBook. "Their team is taking an important step toward improving efficiency, strengthening reporting accuracy, and creating a more centralized approach to managing financial data."
