NEMA Welcomes Four New Members, Growing its Footprint in Grid, Building and Manufacturing Electrification

ARLINGTON, Va. - The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) today announced that four manufacturing companies have joined the association, expanding NEMA's membership to address critical infrastructure deployment challenges across the industrial manufacturing, electric utility, and data center sectors. The new members - Aerium, Alan Wire Service Company, Inc., Axiom Solutions International, Inc., and Integron Systems, Inc. - bring complementary expertise spanning software-driven operational optimization, electrical connectivity, power infrastructure systems, and advanced fabrication capabilities.

"America's electrical manufacturers are a growing sector of the economy, vital to buildings, manufacturing, grid and transportation systems," said NEMA President and CEO Debra Phillips. "NEMA welcomes these four new members that play essential roles in the infrastructure deployment pipeline, helping builders and manufacturers electrify safely, efficiently and effectively at speed and scale."

NEMA's three new Manufacturing Members are:

  • Alan Wire: A family-owned producer of copper and aluminum electrical building wire products - from bare copper to specialized cable trays - for commercial, industrial, utility, and residential applications
  • Axiom: Axiom is Flex's Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment expected to become its own independent, publicly traded company (Axiom Solutions International, Inc.). The company will deliver critical digital and electrical infrastructure, including end-to-end power and thermal management technologies and integrated infrastructure systems for AI data centers and mission-critical applications.
  • Integron Systems, Inc.: A provider of advanced fabrication and modular construction solutions that improve constructability, increase safety, and ensure efficient operations for customers in the data center, utility, and manufacturing industries

"Alan Wire is excited to be part of NEMA, one of the leading organizations in the electrical industry," said Alan Wire CEO Alan Keenan.

"Axiom is proud to join NEMA as a manufacturer of critical digital and electrical infrastructure that turns what's real into what's next," said Chris Butler, expected Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, Axiom. "As rising power densities reshape digital infrastructure, we look forward to working alongside NEMA members to advance the standards and technologies needed to enable safer, more efficient and resilient systems at scale."

"Integron Systems is proud to join NEMA as the electrical infrastructure landscape transforms around data center expansion and grid modernization. With 80 years of expertise in advanced fabrication and modular construction, we understand that the pace of infrastructure deployment has never been more critical, and that skilled labor constraints make innovative, modular solutions essential," said Integron Systems Senior Vice President, Jason Borgardt. "NEMA membership connects us with manufacturers and partners across the electrical ecosystem who share our commitment to delivering predictable outcomes, reducing construction risk, and accelerating the deployment of critical, economy-driving infrastructure."

NEMA's new Associate Member is:

  • Aerium: A provider of custom AI and machine learning models purpose-built for industrial manufacturers and distributors, securely and seamlessly connecting information across sales, supply chain, and plant operations to support quoting and estimation, procurement automation, predictive maintenance, production planning, and more.

"Joining NEMA reflects our deep commitment to the industrial manufacturers and distributors who power the physical economy. Aerium was built specifically to understand the real workflows of electrical equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors - industries where knowledge lives in people's expertise, not just in systems," said Aerium CEO, Adam Trotman. "We look forward to collaborating with industry leaders to advance AI adoption and support strong industry growth by solving hard operational problems, from job estimation to production planning and everything in between, while prioritizing the security of sensitive data each organization holds."
