Altoona professor speaks at Eastern American Philosophical Association

BALTIMORE, Md. - Brian Onishi, associate professor of philosophy at Penn State Altoona, was an invited speaker for a session at the annual meeting of the Eastern American Philosophical Association held this week in Baltimore.

The session was sponsored by the "Journal for the Philosophy of Emotions" (JPE) and focused on Onishi's 2023 monograph, "Weird Wonder in Merleau-Ponty, Object-Oriented Ontology, and New Materialism."

A discussion of the monograph will be published in JPE later this year.
