Bridge Replacement Project to Begin July 28 on N Center Point Road
If you travel on N Center Point Road between Central City Road and Fee Road, you need to be aware of an upcoming road and bridge closure that may slow down your trip. Starting Monday, July 28, N Center Point Road will be closed to all traffic at the bridge between Central City Road and Fee Road for a bridge replacement project. Access to local properties will be maintained. A detour will be posted for this project. The project is expected to be completed in November 2025.
The bridge replacement project includes a new Iowa DOT standard bridge with 8' paved shoulders.
Motorists are reminded to comply with all traffic signs around construction projects. Do not drive around the barricades in place to protect the public and road crews.
