Edgewater Capital Partners Completes Sale of Prolytix to VION Biosciences

Cleveland, OH - September 9, 2026 - Edgewater Capital Partners ("Edgewater"), a Cleveland-based private equity firm, today announced the sale of Prolytix, a provider of regulated bioanalytical and CMC services, research reagents, and custom sample collection products, to VION Biosciences ("VION"), a life sciences company building integrated capabilities across research, diagnostics, and drug development workflows.

The transaction supports VION's strategy to build one integrated life science platform connecting specialized scientific capabilities across research, diagnostics, and drug development workflows. Prolytix's regulated large molecule bioanalytical and CMC services, along with its research reagents, plasma and coagulation related proteins, and custom sample collection devices, will extend VION's ability to support biopharma and diagnostic customers across translational, clinical, and commercial development.

Edgewater looks forward to tracking Prolytix's continued growth as part of the VION platform.
